The plant for production of granules by
centrifugal atomisation.
The plant is intended for
production of pellets of zinc, tin, lead,
aluminum and other metals and alloys with
productivity from 500 up to 2000 kg per
hour. The plant for granulation in water
is compact and takes the area 20 м2. The
shape of pellets is globule. At granulation
in air or in inert gas atmosphere the
plant takes area up to 150 m2, and the
pellets have the spherical shape and high
fluidity.
The pellets have high homogeneity
on the sizes of particles: the standard
deviation has value 1.4-1.6.
